• A Briefing Session for Mentors, Youth Exchange Officers, and Host Families will be held on Sunday, 6 July from 2:00–4:00 pm at John McGrath Pavilion in South Perth, with afternoon tea provided.
• An online Zoom session is also available for regional attendees on Sunday, 6 July from 9:00–11:30 am. Participants can join using the provided link.
• Attendance by people in these roles, including Club Presidents for 2025-2026, is crucial, even for experienced individuals, to share insights and comply with Rotary International and state government requirements.
• The session includes signing off on briefings for host families, with a copy of host family and mentor manuals available post-session.
• Clubs are encouraged to invite all host families and anyone interested in future Youth Exchange mentoring or hosting roles, and to inform Rochelle Lampard about attendees.

 CAN YOU PLEASE INVITE ALL PEOPLE INVOLVED IN THESE ROLES TO THIS SESSION INCLUDING YOUR CLUB’S PRESIDENT FOR THE 2025-2026 YEAR.

 It is very important that people in these roles attend the briefing even if they are very experienced in the role, as other people’s insights and experiences are  very helpful to newer members of the group.  

Please also feel free to invite others who are interested in Youth Exchange and may like to Mentor or Host students in future.
