White Cane Day Event 2019

CSC is exploring a project with Guide Dog Singapore (GDS). To get a better understanding of GDS, we are collaborating with them on their flagship community outreach event, "WHTE CANE DAY".

DATE: 5 OCTOBER 2019

VENUE: WATERWAY POINT, B2, EVENT SQUARE (EAST WING)

TIME: 10.30AM - 7PM

t's a carnival-style event, free for public and suitable for all ages. 

• The purposes of the event are to educate on blindness and guide dogs and celebrate what blind people can do. 
• With our clients with visual impairment and guide dogs being there, the event also breaks down barriers between the sighted and blind worlds. 
• There'll be blindfold activities, obstacle course, guide dog demonstrations, children play area, goodie bags, lucky draws, free eye checks, and many more.
