Rotary Distributed Foods, Trees & Masks at Sunamganj
On Oct 03, 2020, foods and Trees were distributed to the flood affected people’s at Fatehpur union Bishwamvarpur, Sunamgonj, Sylhet , Bangladesh by the Rotary Club of Sylhet Central, RID-3281 with the sponsoring from the Rotary Club of Toronto Danforth, Canada RID-7070.
Though there is no Rotary club at Sunamganj, the RC Sylhet Central extended their hands to help the unfortunate peoples in remote areas. Packages and Trees were distributed among 250 families who are suffering from the flood. Club President Rtn Siddiqur Rahman with other members distributed the packages. Mr Samir Biswas UNO, Sunamgonj and Mr Ranjit Chowdhury, chairman, Fatehpur Union attended the programme.
Food & Seed Distribution to Flood Affected Bangladesh
On August 29, 2020, food, and vegetable seeds were distributed to the flood affected people at Kolaghat Union, Lalmonirhat, Bangladesh by the Rotary Club of Lalmonirhat RID-3281 with the sponsoring from the Rotary Club of Toronto Danforth, Canada RID-7070.
Packages were distributed among 200 families who are suffering. The food was distributed with the help of the local Club President Rtn. Harun Ur Rashid, Asst, District Governor Rtn. Ferdousi Begum, club members and other local leaders.
