Rotary Club of Wahpeton Celebrates February Students of the Month

The Rotary Club of Wahpeton was pleased to host exceptional students from Richland County High Schools on Tuesday, February 21st, 2017.  Each student was nominated by his or her school to be recognized during our monthly luncheon.
