Every Daughter Matters

Darren was first impacted by the reality of human trafficking back in 2006 when he met a young girl who had been rescued from abuse and exploitation in Cambodia.  The fact that his own daughter was the same age made it personal.  Darren subsequently left an eighteen-year career in audio production to work in the not-for-profit sector, work that has taken him to Cambodia and Thailand where he was involved in undercover human trafficking rescue operations and, more recently, to Nepal where he was able to visit a number of interception booths, emergency shelters and safe homes run by Every Daughter Matters.  Darren is Head of Engagement for Every Daughter Matters.
