Walking the Sahara
Nine months ago, I decided to embark on the biggest challenge of my life; to complete the toughest footrace on the planet.
In April 2018 I leave Perth and fly to South East Morocco to compete in the Marathon Des Sable, a 250km run through the Sahara Desert over 6 days. The course is harsh. It averages a marathon a day, temperatures will reach 50 degrees and I will carry everything I need for the week except for rationed water.
I aim to raise over $50,000 to build a school in Africa with Pencils of Promise.
