To support and encourage participation in the 2022 local elections, Rotary Club of Invercargill is co-hosting an in-person event with NRG (New Rotary Generation), an introduction to meet the Invercargill City Mayoral Candidates.
Understanding who the candidates are, what they stand for will assist in making an informed decision on who will lead our city for the coming 3 years.
Tuesday 30th August 2022 - 5.45pm – 7pm - Level 6 – Kelvin Hotel (20 Kelvin Street) $10pp
The event will be co-emceed by: Murray Halstead (Rotary Club of Invercargill) & Aydan Erickson (Next Rotary Generation )
The event will have a set format of questions with equal time slots for each candidate.
All candidates standing for the Invercargill City Council Mayoralty have been invited to take part in this event.
Please note the $10 cost per person is not intended to generate a profit, is to cover event costs including venue hire and nibbles.
A cash bar will be operating
Pre-Event registration / name & contact details will be required by all attendees in-line with our Rotary protocols for in-person events
