Trevor Miller, joining us from Taieri Rotary club, gave a wonderful talk on his Pavlova journey. Building from obtaining pavlova licensing straight from the hands of Mr and Mrs Cowell initially for Otago / Southland, exanding further domestically and then further abroad into the likes of Australia and the States.
After finding himself back and forth in the international market, Trevor envisioned his Cowells Pavlova as a high quality product that could dominate the domestic market and set forth to do so. Retracting from the international ties, Trevor continued to acquire licensing across the country and he became one step closer to his dream in the year of 2013/14 – obtaining the final license in New Zealand.
