Danielle Matheison a year 13 student and Head Girl from Tokomairiro High School was supported by Milton Rotary to attend a Future Leaders course in Rarotonga. Danielle spoke to us of her experiences there along with 40 other New Zealand attendees , 10 Austrailians and 20 from the Cook Islands. After exploring the Island they were put in groups to work together. Danielle was there for eight days and has made life long friends from different cultures and backgrounds. A highlight for Danielle was attending a church service and hearing the beautiful singing. Danielle feels the experience has given her motivation to achieve goals she has set.
