David Vollweiler retold a presentation he listened to at the recent Farm Forestry Conference. It related to a working bee being undertaken by the Waimate Rotary Club. A member of their club was seriosly hurt by a large branch while working at a local reserve. He had recently died after spending the last few years wheel chair bound.
