CROMWELL ROTARY CLUB WAS CHARTERED IN NOVEMBER 1979! You and your partner are invited to our Dinner to Celebrate the Chartering of the Rotary Club of Cromwell in November 1979. Perhaps you will recall the fashions of the day? So put on your glad rags and join us on 16 November at 6 for 6.30pm at The Forage, Harvest Hotel, Cromwell (formerly Golden Gate). There will be a prize for the best-dressed 1979 themed Guy and Girl. The cost for the evening will be $33pp to include finger food, celebration cake and tea/coffee. Our M.C. for the evening will be ex-Cromwell Rotarian Will Hope.
We have also updated the Cromwell Rotary Club book to incorporate the last 20 years 1999 – 2019. This will be available at the dinner for $20. Our Celebration will include the unveiling of the new Clock, the Club’s 40th Anniversary project, in Murray Terrace at 5.30pm prior to the evening’s events.
