Here are the plans for the Shredding Event as put together by Brian Tjaden:
• DATE: Saturday, May 8th from 9:00am-Noon
• LOCATION: Bank of the West parking lot next to Bjorn’s Heating on Cavour Ave
• TICKET SALES: April 16th – May 7th
• TICKETS: $20 for two paper grocery bags of paper, tickets valid at any upcoming Shredding Event.
• FLYERS: Flyers will be available to post in business locations
• STAFFING: Would like at least 4 people to collect shredding on May 8th from 9-Noon (Zack, can you coordinate this?)
• SALES LOCATIONS: Victor Lundeen Company will sell tickets for walk-ins and Olson Furniture Store for pick-up/drop-off by Rotary members
• GOAL: We would like to see 250 tickets sold (can always do more)
• MONEY: The money raised will go into the Club and earmarked for donation to The Rotary Foundation/Splash Pad
