ATHLETES OF THE WEEK:  None this week

STUDENT GUESTS:   None as well because of a special music solo ensemble contest at the Fergus Falls High School - and Mr. Monke promised several to be in attendance on February 15th to make up for this week.

Rotary Minute:  Mr. Bob Russell shared some recent conversations that he has been having with representatives from the University of Minnesota in regard to new football coach P. J. Fleck, and the possibility of traveling to the University to meet the new coach and watch a little spring football.   More to come on this in the weeks ahead!

BRAGS & FINES:

Tim admitted the lack of a Rotary Pin today.  Keith offered a birthday announcement in honor of Robert S. Olson and Pres. Ronald Reagan both born on Feb. 6th.  Scott admitted to the fact of being stopped not once but twice in a single day by area law enforcement - only to get off scott free, haha, but the pictures shared by his son with others was way worse than any fine could of been!  Also Scott offered a buck or two in honor of the FFHS Girls Hockey team that received the #1 seed in the section play-offs.  Dean paid up for no student guests.  Hal mentioned something about being happy to attend an 80th birthday - his own.  Bob on a scooter buck.  And Lori and Leona standing tall in honor of being the only women Rotarians in attendance in our small crowd today.

PROGRAM:

There was no formal program today at Rotary.  Several of the standing committees had a chance to meet and compare notes on how the Rotary year is going, and make any plans for the future.

Yours in Rotary,

Dean Monke
