We are not changing the Zoom sign-in but want to avoid having to set up the Owl unless someone is planning on attending virtually. So, now on the right-hand side of this newsletter are instructions to e-mail Ken Harty by no later than 9:00 a.m. the day of the meeting if you want to attend virtually. That way he will know to bring the Owl and get it set up if we have one or more persons attending virtually. This will be put in effect for the first time for our August 3rd meeting, so you don't have to worry about tomorrow. If you feel that this approach unduly interferes with your freedom to choose to attend personally or virtually at the last minute and will adversely affect your attendance, let Ken know and we will reconsider this approach.
