At our Club Visioning session last summer, one of the priorities that arose in the area of Member/Leader Development was to consider ways we could assist younger members with leadership development. The Fergus Falls Chamber of Commerce is currently accepting applications for a leadership program called "Ignite." The program is designed to equip you with the knowledge, tools, and connections necessary to become a catalyst for positive change in our community by bringing together emerging and existing leaders to explore leadership within themselves and for their community. Through a series of workshops, site visits, and networking opportunities, participants will gain a deeper understanding of local issues, develop effective leadership strategies, and build lasting relationships with other community leaders. The programs goals are to enhance leadership skills, increase community involvement, expand one's professional network and provide other opportunities for personal and professional growth. Applications do not guarantee acceptance and must be submitted to the Chamber by 11/1/2024.
