Charlie Kempfer's duck came in second place at our Duck Derby and he is pictured receiving his $500 check from his father, Randy Kempfer, immediate past Treasurer, and Brian Tjaden, current Treasurer. Is anyone else concerned that Charlie appears to be examining the check questioning whether it is good or not?
