Our invocation was offered by Tim Hunt and Kathy A. led us in songs, with 20 students making up the Fergus Falls Chamber Singers joining in our monthly singing before entertaining us with their selections. The group was led by Ashley Sands, with Anne Hintz their pianist.
The group, made up of an equal number of male and female students, started off with two songs and then five different quartets sang different songs, with all then joining together for the last two selections. They did a wonderful job!
After our program's participants departed, President Katie inducted Will Holz into the Club, with sponsor (and grandfather-in-law to be) John MacFarlane congratulating our newest member. 
President Katie acknowledged Tim H.'s 31st anniversary (sponsored by Steve A.) in the Club and then reported that members ringing bells the day before Thanksgiving raised $8,309, including an anonymous gift of $5,000. Brian T. said that he had appeared on KBRF that morning promoting The Magic of Rotary performance and Rotary in general and asked all of us to think about potential sponsors for the show.There were many brags, with Hal L. fining himself for missing a couple meetings and bell ringing. Keith O. said that he first started singing in the high school group and has either sung or heard them for the last 47 years and their performance for our meeting was the best one ever (not thereby intending to detract from the wonderful class of 1977). He also told us that granddaughter Nora was life-flighted to the Twin Cities ten days prior but hopefully they are now entering the bright side of the tunnel. Mary P. contributed a sizable sum for her grandsons and the nearly sold-out Dance and Dessert performances that have now taken place. Zack S. was proud of 5th and 8th grade daughter viola players who performed in the orchestra concert on the 8th. Wally C. also bragged about watching a granddaughter and contributed some leftover 50 cent pieces. Tim Hunt was happy about a son being home for Thanksgiving and taking in an upcoming performance in Chicago of White Christmas. Deb M. bragged about Brian T. and spouse Danyelle for being great host parents for Cande and told us that Cande had moved to her new home the prior Saturday. The high school students who were with us the day Cande made her presentation did a video with her that was broadcast on Otter Time. Deb also said that Cande is very involved in gymnastics now and says that the approach of her coaches is much more professional here than back home. Buzz L. said that just before Thanksgiving his neighborhood hosted 13 wild turkeys but the count that morning was only nine. Last but not least, Holly W. told us that this is her favorite time of year with a son playing basketball and a daughter coaching the sport in Minneapolis.
