Tomorrow we will hear from Chief Judge Michael E. Ridgway of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Minnesota. He was sworn in as United States Bankruptcy Judge for the District of Minnesota on May 20, 2013, and became its Chief Judge in June of 2019. Judge Ridgway regularly holds hearings in Fergus Falls and he will talk about the bankruptcy court's function, the court's presence in Fergus Falls, the number and type of bankruptcies filed in Minnesota and, particularly, about farmer bankruptcies, in his presentation to us.
