Fergus Falls Noon Rotary club exchange student Laly from Belgium along with the other Rotary exchange students across Rotary District 5580 braved the frigid temperatures and participated in the Winter Rendezvous at Deep Portage Learning Center. Students were joined by the upcoming outbound students from District 5580 who are headed to Indonesia, Sweden, and South Korea in the fall.
District 5580 Chair of Rotary Youth Exchange, Deb Maertens, expressed immense pride as the students embraced the opportunities that the Minnesota landscape offered!
