Goal Setter Awards 2021

Guest speaker Dr Ashley Bloomfield,

Chief Executive of the Ministry of Health and New Zealand’s Director-General of Health

On Wednesday 10th March 2021 the Rotary Club of Port Nicholson is hosting Dr Ashley Bloomfield, Director-General of Health at a breakfast meeting in the Banquet Hall at Parliament beginning at 7.00am. As is usual at such events we will confirm nearer the time whether Dr Bloomfield will take questions.

In addition, the Club will present two or more students with Goal Setter Awards. These are monetary awards presented to outstanding students who have shown they can set and achieve goals, have faced significant challenges in their lives and have given service to their community. Eligible students are those who are in at least their second year of study at a tertiary institution in the Wellington region and are working towards the completion of an undergraduate or post-graduate degree, a National Certificate, or structured workplace learning for completing a New Zealand Apprenticeship.

It is an excellent occasion for our members and the business community to enjoy a dynamic speaker and acknowledge some of our future leaders. A seat is $60 and tables of ten cost $600 (including GST). Please email your request to Richard.Brodie@Xtra.co.nz and an invoice will be issued.

If you need further information please contact Richard Brodie on 027 4392424 or by email.
