One Roof Community Housing

 Jim Philbin is the Senior Director, Community Land Trust for One Roof Community Housing based in Duluth, MN.  One Roof is the organization resulting from the merger of Northern Communities Land Trust (NCLT) and Neighborhood Housing Services of Duluth in 2012.  Jim has been working with NCLT/One Roof for over twenty-five years.  During that time, he has helped to develop over 400 affordable single-family Community Land Trust homes, located in Duluth, Proctor, Hermantown, Two Harbors, Cloquet, Grand Marais and Grand Rapids.  He has also managed over 250 resales of these homes, and thus he has assisted over 650 families in purchasing a home through One Roof’s Community Land Trust program.   Jim is also a licensed real estate broker for One Roof Community Realty.
