YMCA - Camp Miller

Eric Sommer is an Outdoor Education Professional who is passionate about getting today’s youth active in the great outdoors.  He is a strong advocate for providing all youth the chance to immerse themselves in the summer camp experience.   His enthusiasm for camp stems from his drive to give every child a chance to experience adventure and nature first hand with Duluth YMCA Camping Services.  Eric’s passion is developing quality programming which provides positive outdoor activities, enticing our youth to put down their video game controllers and explore the great outdoors.

Eric received his BS from the University of Minnesota, Duluth in Outdoor Education and Recreation.
