Duluth Children's Museum

Cameron Bloom Kruger, CEO of the Duluth Children's Museum (DCM), and Paul Schulzetenberg, Community Learning Advocate for the DCM, will be discussing why play is crucial in providing children with the tools they need to thrive in an increasingly complex and challenging world. They will describe the many benefits of play on children's cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development and the various skills that play promotes. They will also talk about the role of the DCM in the Twin Ports community as an educational resource and an advocate of learning through play.
