BBQ at Mitre 10 Mega Papanui

A BBQ at PapanuiMitre 10 Mega fundraising for our club. This is a great fundraiser for Papanui Rotary and we are able to run the event four times in every Rotary Year. All funds go toward supporting the community.

There are 5 rosters in ever day

8:15am to 9:00am:  Setup 3 volunteers required

9:00am to 11:00am: 4 volunteers required

11:00am to 1:00pm: 4 volunteers required

1:00pm to 3:00pm: 4 volunteers required

3:00pm to 4:30pm:  3 volunteers required
                                      (this shift does clean up at 4:00pm).
