BBQ at Mitre 10 Mega Papanui

A BBQ at Mitre 10 mega fundraising for our club. This is a good fundraiser for Papanui Rotary and we are able to run the event four times in every Rotary Year. All funds go toward supporting the community.

The profits form this BBQ go to Papanui High School Kimi Ora Camp.

There are 4 rosters in the day, Saturday 24 April. The current roster is:

8:15am to 9:00am: Arie, Gary and Cheryl setting up.

9:00am to 11:00am: Arie, Gary and Cheryl Denhard, Tracy Camm

11:00am to 1:00pm: Kathy Anderson, Donna Cherry, Lois Flanagan, Deryn Tregurtha

1:00pm to 3:00pm: Mandi Bates, Heather and Keith Mitchell, Kate Smart

3:00pm to 4:30pm: Gary Denhard, Tony Tizzard and grandson.

       (the last shift does the clean-up, so we are all done by 4:30pm)
