Will we? Won't we?..........be able to get together to have our normal Rotary changeover??
As it turned out we managed something that was a first for not just our club, but also District 9920.
The changeover of RC Somerville was held on 1st July (on time), with 6 groups from around New Zealand beaming in via Zoom to Beachlands where a team of dedicated helpers kept the technology, presentations and dinnerflowing throughout the night.
The business was done, awards presented, dinner and dessert eaten, and best of all fellowship with our other club members, Rotarians, family and friends.
An added bonus from the night was a donation to Polio thanks to everyone who attended.
