RMHC Cook Night - Grafton Mews House

RMHC have got in touch as they've had a group dinner cancellation at their Grafton Mews House on Thursday 13th September (next week!). They've asked us if we can help at short notice, and of course we can!
Gareth and I will organise the cook night. We need up to 7 other volunteers to assist on the day to cook dinner for the familes in need.
To cover the cost of food, we are requesting $30 from each volunteer which we can charge to your Rotary account. RMHC are supplying the chicken for the dinner, and we are working with potential corporate sponsers too. The final cost will be confirmed on the day.
The event will run from 4pm to 7:30pm at Grafton Mews (54 Grafton Road). Please register on Club Runner and get in touch with Kat if you can assist us.
