Manna Food Coop- Ryan Pesch
Today’s Program: Rick introduced Ryan Pesch, Manna Food noting his farmer credentials -he and wife Maree own and operate Lida Farm, a diversified and organic vegetable operation near Pelican Rapids. Ryan is an Extension Educator with U of M, assisting farm operators with business management and planning.
Ryan added that he considers his role at Manna as “Manager for Real” – he does back-office stuff, while Maree does the front work.
