June 1st Rotaract Meeting (Sep 01, 2016)

Hi Everyone!

1) Our next meeting is Wednesday September 7th, 2016 at the University of Waterloo - Stratford Campus at 6:30pm. Attached is the previous meeting minutes.

2) The Stratford Dragonboat Festival that Rotaract helps out at is on Saturday September 17th, 2016. Rotary donates $5000 to our club for helping so we need to make sure that we get every shift covered. Please consider volunteering for more than one shift and non-members can also volunteer. We help teams get in and out of boats on the island. The shifts have slightly changed to 8:00am-11:00am, 11:00am-2:00pm, and 2:00pm-5:00pm. Cynthia will be contacting those who have already signed up to ensure the slightly new times aren't a problem.

3) If you have missed a meeting, please send your make-up to Kelly Daum, our new club Secretary. kellydaum15@gmail.com. Or if you have volunteered at a Rotaract event such as Trivia Night or sub-committee meeting, send this to Kelly and she can bank it for a future meeting you may need to miss.
