September 22nd Meeting
Hi Everyone!
1) Our next meeting is Thursday September 22, 2016 at the University of Waterloo - Stratford Campus at 6:30pm. The agenda and previous minutes are attached.
2) A BIG thank you goes out to all those who were able to come and volunteer at the Stratford Dragonboat Festival that took place yesterday. We appreciate everyone pitching in. A HUGE kudos to Cynthia who coordinated with Rotary this year!
3) Tell your friends and family about the Gobble 'till you Wobble Pub Crawl. Tickets go fast! Contact Jonathan for tickets jnesbitt@nesbittfinancial.ca. Let me know if you have a silent auction item to donate

4) If you have missed a meeting, please send your make-up to Kelly Daum, our new club Secretary. kellydaum15@gmail.com. Or if you have volunteered at a Rotaract event such as Trivia Night or sub-committee meeting, send this to Kelly and she can bank it for a future meeting you may need to miss.
5) Don't forget to give your $20 club membership fee to a board member. The 2016/17 board members are as follows:

- Past President – Braden
- Secretary – Kelly Daum (also taking care of membership)
- Treasurer – Katelyn Culliton
- Members at Large – Raks and Jonathan
6) Finally, he Rotary Club of Mildmay and its President PDG Kelly Fotheringham have extended an invitation to all members of Area 2 Rotary Clubs as well as all members of District 6330 to join with Mildmay for two presentations of great interest to all clubs in this special Rotary Foundation Centennial year. Speakers: 1) Rotary International President Elect (RIPE) Ian Riseley of the Rotary Club of Sandringham, Victoria, AUSTRALIA
2) Carolyn Ferguson, Rotary Cub of Ancaster ON, Major Gifts Officer for Zone 24, R.I., responsible for 'Polio, Development and Partnerships'
Cost: $25 each for dinner with any surplus being donated to the Riseley Foundation which is associated with the RI Foundation.
Laurie will be chairing the meeting this week as I can't attend. See you in October :)
