Hey Everybody,
My apologies as I will not be able to attend this meeting and therefore Rebecca will be running the meeting. A big thank you to Jay Ford and the Queens Inn for hosting our Rotaract meeting this week. They are covering us last minute and for free! Special note that the bar will be open. Please arrive at 6:30 as a representative from the Children's Health Foundation will be meeting with us at 6:30 for a cheque presentation. These are the proceeds from the incredibly successful Dueling Piano's event we held back in March.
We are in the last stages of the book drive, so keep them coming. MTE has continued to facilitate the storage of books. We will be required to sort the books into various categories prior to delivery. Stay tuned for an email with all of the final details for this project! Diane Chantler will be the guest speaker this week and will be sharing some information about how our books help others.
Our agenda will focus on club direction and expanding the club. If you have any ideas, do not hesitate to contact any of the board members, remember no idea is a bad idea and anything helps. The full agenda is attached below.
There is no previous meeting minutes as we had a very successful service meeting at the Old Grove Park, thank you to everyone that was able to make it.
