Youth Leadership Initiative Project

The new Youth Leadership Initiative focuses on Community Engagement and Leadership Development. Our goal is to recruit youth (ages 15-30) that are motivated and passionate about getting involved in their communities. The project will enable youth with disabilities and or barrier to be paired with a 'Youth Leader'. This pair will then go into the community and volunteer together at a not-for-profit organization. Having a 'Youth Leader' with the 'Youth Mentee' will allow the Mentee to gain some experience and confidence in their skills, abilities, and future goals.
