Regular Meeting "Bokashi and Beyond!"

"Bokashi" is a popular method of reducing food waste.  Under "Sustainable Little Tokyo"  protocol, Amy and her group is inviting community members to participate in "Bokashi Club."

Please join us in welcoming Amy Utsunomiya Honjo!  She has a vast knowledge in sustainability (not just a protocol!) and observed examples in Japan as well.

"Bokashi" is not just a food waste reduction but you will have your own compost to create your home garden even if it is a small planter at your balcony and produce health vegitables, health and appreciation for the seasons.. 

The original Sustainable Little Tokyo Masterplan included "community garden" and "Bokashi" is a step forward to the "tangible" sustainability!
