At this meeting, club members will discuss the Regionalisation Pilot Program and how we wish to proceed. All members will have the opportunity to discuss their concerns and views about the proposed Regionalisation pilot program as well as ask any questions they may have.
It is important that all club members attend. Prior to the conclusion of the meeting, all club members in attendence will vote either yes or no on whether they wish for the Regionalisation pilot program to proceed. The reslt of this vote, will decide how the club will vote at the District level on whether to proceed with Regionalisation or not. The District level vote on Regionalisation will take place in September.
Later today an email will be sent to members with further information and supporting documentation on Regionalisation. It is important that all members review this information. If you have any issues accessing the information in the email please contact myself or Myles.
