- Arrive at Show Grounds between 7:00am and 7:30am

- Change the oil on designated day
|
|
|
- Take delivery of goods ordered (drinks, donut mix etc.) and store in relevant place
|
- Pin any delivery dockets on the cork notice board in the van
|
|
|
- Restock donut bags, oil drums, sugar bags, paper bags, serviettes etc
- Turn on water supply
|
- Check paper roll in POS printer and replace if less than half.
|
- Check roll in EFTPOS machine and replace if less than 50% remaining
|
- Mix new batch of sanitizer and sanitize all bench tops
|
- If time permits, make a batch of donuts as these go down well with on-site tradies etc
- Check temperature of fridge and donut fryer and record
