- Organise car-pooling prior to the afternoon of the shift or use the Rotary ute (we only get one carpark pass for the shift)

- For those that are not going to car-pool, ensure they get their entry ticket prior to arriving at the Show Grounds (they will need to sort their own parking)
|
- Organise which of your team members (if not yourself) is going to pick up the carpark
|
|
- Ensure ALL team members have completed the on-line induction and that they have their document with them
|
- Ensure ALL team members are dressed appropriately (wearing at least a Club apron, NO open shoes)
|
- Arrive at Show Grounds at 6:15pm ready for a 6:30pm start
|
- Allocate tasks to team members in line with their experience
|
- Monitor team members during the shift and rotate tasks if required
|
|
- Perform end-of-day settlement on EFTPOS machine
|
|
- Complete any required documentation and deliver to O’Briens office in the Administration Centre
|
| Print Z-tape and EFTPOS settlement tape for O’Briens and keep a copy for our records (O’Briens have a photocopier) |
- Put the Z-tape and EFTPOS settlement tape in the money bag
|
- Retain float is POS as per the sheet, record the float level on the sheet count the remaining cash and put it and up all monies and secure it in the money bag
|
- Put any delivery dockets from the cork notice board in the van into the money bag. These will be placed on the board by the Startup shift when taking product deliveries that morning
|
- Ensure all equipment is cleaned along with the van (including the floor)
|
- Follow the Lock Up list on the van notice board then lockup the van
|
- On arrival back in Mount Barker
|
- Ensure the carpark pass is passed on the team leader of the next evening shift or left in the Rotary ute.

- Return the money bag to Dave Gillies
