  • 3 Trestle Tables
  • 2 Eskies for Drinks
  • 6 Dozen Assorted Cans of Drinks (Sold at $3)
  • 6 Dozen Bottles of Water (Sold at $3)
  • Waste Bin
  • Cash Tin, EFTPOS Machine, $150 Float
 
Provided by Event Organisers:
  • Sausages, Bread, Onions, Condiments
  • These are stored in the Cold Room at Auchendarroch
 
Crew Tasks:
  • 2 x Cooking
  • 2 x Assembling hot food
  • 2 x Serving
  • 2 x Preparing bread on serviettes
  • 1 x Selling drinks
  • 1 x “gopher” to fetch supplies from Cold Room as required
