2026 Honorary Members Afternoon Tea

Honorary Membership is the highest level of recognition a Rotary club can bestow. It is often awarded to former members who have given many years of dedicated service, leadership, and experience to Rotary. It may also be conferred on outstanding members of the wider community whose contributions reflect Rotary's values.

Each year, we invite our Honorary Members and their partners to join us for a special afternoon tea celebrating their contribution and thanking them for their continuing connection with our Club. It is always a wonderful occasion filled with friendship, shared memories, and great storytelling, while providing current members with the opportunity to spend time with those who have helped build the strength, reputation, and success of our Club.

Guests can enjoy a delicious afternoon tea featuring a generous selection of mostly home-made sandwiches, hot savouries, slices, and sweets, accompanied by tea and coffee.

We encourage you to bring family and friends so they too can experience some of the famous hospitality of the Rotary Club of Mount Barker.  There is no charge.
