Equipment Hire

The club operates a hiring service for fairs, fetes, art shows and other events. Hire charges are most competitive. Click here to download equipment price list. Equipment for hire includes:



Stalls

We use a flexible method of knock-down stalls, and can produce large stalls in multiples of 3m. All stalls have plastic roofing and shade at the front for patrons.

Trestles

Wood tops and metal legs. Will fit inside basic stall arrangements, or can be used independently.



Display frames

For art or craft displays. There is a choice of wire mesh or pegboard, with hessian covers.

Marquee

One only, 4m square marquee with optional side screens

Conditions of Hire

The hirer shall supply labour and pick up and return all items from the Rotary depot at times negotiated between the parties, using vehicles of appropriate size. Hirers are particularly advised that most components are 3 or 6 metres long, and that adequate trucks or trailers with cages are vital. DOMESTIC TRAILERS WILL NOT DO. We advise removalist services for significant orders. The hire charge entitles the hirer to up to one week's usage. Longer periods by arrangement. The hirer assumes all risks of loss or damage. Hirers are advised to carry appropriate insurance and especially against wind, storm, rain, fire, vandalism etc. Rotary is not responsible for injuries during set up or tear down activity, nor at any other time, whatever the cause. The club may decline a hiring at its discretion. If the club consider it necessary, it may refund part or all of a hiring fee and not make items available for hire. The hirer agrees that no claim for damages will apply to the club.
