Our club member Maya Sloan will lead us in this session on mindfulness.
We will learn about the effects of mindfulness and do a short mindfulness practice.
It would be great if you all had something small to eat, maybe a raisin, and something to drink, like coffee, tea or juice.
We will do a mindful eating exercise.
