We cannot solve today's complex problems using the tools of the past. Today's leaders do not have all the answers because the world is changing too quickly. The only way forward for all organizations is to empower self-organizing teams led by Servant Leaders. Andrew will share some of successes he has had as a Servant Leader that can help teams in any type of organization.
