ROTARY CLUB OF BRIDGEWATER & DISTRICT ANNOUNCES “FRIENDS OF ROTARY” PROGRAM

The Rotary Club of Bridgewater & District announced plans to establish a Friends of Rotary program designed for people who support the ideals of Rotary but who have not been able to continue with or take on membership in the Club. Friends of Rotary would include individuals, representatives of the business community as well as past Rotarians, the families of present and past Rotarians, together with past exchange students, Ambassadorial Scholars or participants of other Rotary sponsored activities.

This program will enable "Friends" to participate in most Club activities such community service work and attending Rotary Club meetings and events. While “Friends” will not be members of the Rotary Club of Bridgewater & District, they will be expected to be of good character and be supportive of the Club and the aims of Rotary International.
