Guidelines for Nomination
1. Nominations must be made by a club Rotarian.
2. Nomination must be in writing by completing this form
3. Nominations must be received by Monday, March 08, 2021.
4. The Board of Directors of the Rotary Club of Old Fort will review the nominations and select the honored Rotarian based on the highest number of nominations from the members of the Club. In the event of a tie, the Board of Directors will vote to select the honored Rotarian.
5. The honored Rotarian and Prospective Member will be announced at the first meeting following the selection.
Criteria for the Award:
1. Member Nominee must not be a member of the Board.
2. Member and Board Member Nominee must be in good standing, i.e. good attendance, dues current, etc.
3. Nominees must have been active in club activities such as proposing new members, fundraising activities, community projects, district meetings and international meetings.
4. Nominees must meet professional standards and ethics (exemplify the Four Way Test).
