Rotary Club of Old Fort's President, Odette Russell, leads the Initiative to Close the Digital Divide within The Bahamas. She has been featured as a Guest Speaker for many Rotary Clubs of The Bahamas and as a result, they have agreed unanimously to partner with The Cable Bahamas Group of Companies as the lead community partner in this effort. The Ministry of Education is very pleased with this project and it is estimated to assist more than 30,000 households, focusing on those of low income and with children in an e-learning school environment.
