Next, Wayne Murphy is the Executive Director of SAWs Virginia (and our former District 7610 Assistant Governor). With all volunteer crews, SAWS builds ADA-compliant wheelchair ramps for people of all ages with long-term ambulatory disabilities who can't afford the cost. The goal is to restore freedom, independence, and dignity, allow easier access to medical services, improve the safety of their home, reconnect with their community, and age in place.
