FIFTH TUESDAY at Community Center on Warren St.

Hello Rotarians, Just a quick REMINDER, next Tuesday's evening social at the Community Center starts at 5:30 pm. 

          We will be inducting Will Brockman into the club. This is an epic event that continues a time-honored tradition in Rotary. Will is the son of Robert (Bob) Brockman and the Grandson of William (Billy) Brockman, both longtime members of the Rotary Club of Orange, Va.

          Also, Rotarian Dan Hornick has graciously offered to give an update to the club on the current state of education in Orange County and perhaps the whole of Virginia and elsewhere. As you know, our club directs the majority of its resources to youth and education. Dan's presentation will help us better understand the challenges facing the education community and hopefully give us more insight into how our Rotary club can best support their needs.

        And finally, this is a social event as well. Remember:

•  Members bring a dish to share. If you have guests, bring extra for them.
•  All refreshments will be provided by the club. Walter Ware will quarterback the bar.
•  We have a group coming to set up the room. We will need 6-8 volunteers to put everything back.
