Last Wednesday night Carmen and Maria took the ROMAC family from the Solomon Islands to see Vivid with the City of Sydney Rotary Club. Mareen and her mum Akila will be in Australia for 8 months plus, as Mareen has a Desmoid tumour that is being treated at the cancer unit at Randwick Hospital.

Last Wednesday night Carmen and Maria took the ROMAC family from the Solomon Islands to see Vivid with the City of Sydney Rotary Club. The cruise was wonderful and something they will never forget. They are still telling the doctors all about it at the hospital. Mareen and her mum Akila will be in Australia for 8 months plus, as Mareen has a Desmoid tumour that is being treated at the cancer unit at Randwick Hospital.

We also have a new volunteer on board - Paul from Caringbah Rotary. He is a biomedical engineer at POW hospital and has now come on board to do visits to our ROMAC families.

We are looking for Rotarians to help us by going on a roster to do visits to Ronald McDonald House to call in for a few hours visit. If you would like to put your name on the roster please email me at maria@trendtyrepower.com.au and we would love to have you on-board.
