• Maureen Sewell, administrator of the Sussex Sharing Club;
• Dr. Arie Ruitenberg, Village councillor for Sussex Corner;
• The Late Leo Forbes, a first contributor to the Sussex Area Community Foundation; and
• Harley Geldart, a local Veteran and longtime volunteer with the Sussex Legion and Rotary Club of Sussex.
“Each of the recipients was selected to receive a Paul Harris Fellowship because the Rotary Club of Sussex believes that his or her life exemplifies the humanitarian and educational objectives of the Rotary Foundation,” explained Rotarian Keri Walker. “By naming them as Paul Harris Fellows, they will join the ranks of outstanding individuals from all over the world. This is one of the highest honours that can be awarded through Rotary.”
