Christina Fowler, the Executive Director of the Saint John Learning Exchange, and Erin MacKenney, job developer spoke to #RotarySJ today.
This non profit agency works to reduce poverty by helping people get and keep jobs.
They have been in operation for 33 years and have 27 employees.
They run 3 of their own social enterprises - Voila Cleaning Service, Stone Soup Catering, and Impact Market.
The learning exchange has over 400 clients per year and helped 168 people secure jobs in the past two years.
