The seven Zed children of Dr. Leesha Zed and the late Amelia Zed have made a family contribution in the amount of $25,000 to the Rotary Club Teen Resource Center in memory of the late Amelia Jane Zed. Paul Zed, his father Dr. Leesha Zed, and sister Dr. Susan Zed Barry, are pictured with Donald Leblanc, President of Saint John Rotary, after making the announcement at the Rotary Club on Monday, April 2nd at the Saint John Delta.
The family is pleased that a room at the Teen Resource Center will be named in memory of their mother, Amelia Zed. The Rotary Club of Saint John is raising $500,000 for the purchase and conversion of the old Saint Joseph School on Richmond Street, Saint John.
